Club Golf – 24/7 Golf Simulator Access
1. Access & Guests
1.1 Access to the Facility is granted to Users with an active membership or valid booking.
1.2 Users may not share access codes, keycards, or entry credentials with unauthorized individuals. Doing so may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
1.3 Guests are only permitted when accompanied by a User. The User is fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and compliance of all Guests.
2. Booking & Usage
2.1 Simulator time must be reserved in advance using the Company’s booking system.
2.2 Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Users must vacate promptly for the next booking.
2.3 Users must operate equipment responsibly and follow posted instructions.
2.4 No pets are permitted inside the Facility.
2.5 No smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, or similar devices) is permitted anywhere inside the Facility.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Users agree to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
3.2 No food, glass containers, or illegal substances are permitted inside simulator bays.
3.3 Alcohol may only be consumed if permitted by law and the Company. Intoxicated individuals may be denied access.
3.4 Damage caused by reckless or improper use may result in repair/replacement charges billed to the responsible User.
4. Liability Waiver
4.1 Golf involves inherent risks of injury. By using the Facility, Users and Guests assume all risks related to participation.
4.2 The Company is not liable for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen property.
4.3 Users agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and staff from all claims arising out of use of the Facility, including claims related to Guests.
5. Payments & Cancellations
5.1 Memberships are billed [monthly/annually] and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5.2 One-time bookings are charged in full at the time of reservation.
5.3 Session cancellations must be made at least [X hours] in advance to avoid being charged.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement.
6. Security & Monitoring
6.1 For safety and security, the Facility may be under video surveillance at all times.
6.2 Unauthorized entry or misuse of access systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Electronic Acceptance
By completing a booking, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. No physical signature is required; electronic acceptance is binding.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
